CallGuardian screens unwanted calls on your parent’s landline — giving you peace of mind that your loved ones stay protected. You approve what reaches them by email.
Start for $19/moCaller claimed to be Medicare and asked for their Social Security number to “activate a new card.”
Forward their landline to a CallGuardian number. Callers still dial the same number — every inbound call is screened before anything reaches them.
Callers hear a short recording notice, then leave a message. We save the audio and an AI-assisted transcript — a friendly barrier, not a live conversation.
Transcripts follow your rules: trusted numbers on the safe list are emailed straight to them; unknown callers wait for your approve or decline.
Step by step: caller dials their landline → the call forwards to their CallGuardian number → we answer and record → you get a review email (or they get the message if the number is on the safe list). Approving emails the message and transcript — it does not connect a live call.
Once call forwarding is on, the landline will not ring again. Every inbound call hits CallGuardian instead — we take a message; we do not connect a live call through to them.
You, family, and caregivers should call their cell or another number — not the forwarded landline — when you need to talk to them live.
Outbound calls from the landline still work as usual. Only inbound calls are redirected to CallGuardian.
Audio files are retained for 30 days, then deleted automatically. You can listen or download while they are still kept.
Written transcripts stay in your account history permanently — even after the audio file is removed.

We email them the message and transcript. They never have to pick up for strangers.
Nothing is sent to them. The caller never reaches their inbox.
We email them this message, and that number skips your review next time.
